PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Law 15/99 (hereinafter called LOPD), Racing Events informs you that your personal information and other data provided on the registration form, as well as any information collected from transactions, shall be saved under Racing Event's responsibility, unless cancellation is requested by the User. The information shall be used to execute sales, create personalized attention for Products and Services, improve our customer service, as well as promote Products and Services of Racing Events and third party businesses associated with Racing Events.
Furthermore, you are informed that for the strict execution of its activities and services, Racing Events is obligated to facilitate certain information to companies that may collaborate in providing a service (transportation operators), and that will use this information in strict confidentiality, being the sole and exclusive recipient thereof, without carrying out transfers or communications to third parties apart from those identified in current regulations.
The User exclusively authorizes Racing Events to remit mailings, including electronic communications, for commercial or promotional purposes.
The User shall be able, at any time, to exercise rights to access, rectify, cancel or object this information by visiting Racing Events or by sending an email to email@example.com accompanied by a copy of their National Identity Card or other equivalent identifying document.
QUALITY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY USER
Providing erroneous or incomplete information on
registration forms may prevent us from contacting the User to provide the
desired service. It is the User's responsibility to provide accurate and updated
personal information. In providing this information, the User authorizes Racing
Events to process the data under the aforementioned conditions.
Racing Events informs you that technical and
organizational security measures have been adopted to guarantee the protection
of your personal information and to avoid its alteration, loss, misuse and/or
unauthorized use. Such measures shall be applied, bearing in mind the nature of
the data processed and the risks to which they are exposed, under legislation
set forth in Section 9 of LOPD, Royal Decree 994/1999, from June 11th, 1999, Regulation
on Technical Security Measures for Automated Files Containing Personal Data.
