The following General Terms and Conditions shall regulate the exclusive basis for any legal relationship between Racing Events, S.L. (hereinafter called "Racing Events") and third parties (hereinafter called "Users") which register as users and/or acquire products from the Shopmotorsport.com online shop with the official URL (http://www.shopmotorsport.com, hereinafter called the "Shop").

The User agrees to use the Shop, acquire products and use all Shop services diligently and in accordance with the law, moral standards, public order and under the terms and conditions set forth herein. The User must not use the services in any way that may impede, damage or impair the normal operation and enjoyment of the Shop by its Users, or for purposes that may harm or cause damage to the property or rights of Racing Events, its suppliers, its Users or any third party.

Racing Events reserves the right, at any time, to modify the selection of Products offered to the Users through the Shop. In particular, Racing Events may, at any time, add new products to those offered or included in the Shop, meaning that unless otherwise stated, such new products shall be governed by the provisions set forth in the present General Terms and Conditions. Likewise, Racing Events reserves the right, at any time and without prior warning, to cease providing or facilitating the access and use of any of its Products offered in the Shop.

The Products included in the Shop shall be consistent, in the most accurate way possible, with the real Products offered to the extent that web visualization technology will allow. The characteristics and pricing of the Products are displayed in the Shop. Prices are shown in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Racing Events will send a purchase confirmation email to the User within twenty-four (24) hours of the transaction. The email contains a purchase reference code, as well as the characteristics, price, shipping cost and payment method for the Products purchased. Users that purchase products through the Shop must make payment using one of the payment options detailed in the Shop.

Racing Events will archive the electronic documents in which the contract is formalized, and will provide a copy to the User once the purchase is made. The contract shall be drawn up in Spanish.

The purchase confirmation email sent by Racing Events has no validity as a tax receipt, only as proof of purchase. Racing Events will send the corresponding tax receipt with the Product.

The User has the right to withdrawal from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the Product(s), and should notify Racing Events by sending an email to info@shopmotorsport.com. The Product(s) must be returned to Racing Events accompanied by a copy of the delivery slip or invoice, duly completed, and the User shall be held fully and solely responsible for the entire return and any shipping or transportation costs. The return shall be made in accordance with the instructions sent to the User by Racing Events in response to the notification in which the right to withdrawal is exercised. The User shall return the Product(s) within seven (7) days from the date that Racing Events indicates the procedure for return.

As a result of the withdrawal, the User will receive a refund for the price of the product(s), excluding shipping costs. To receive a refund, the User must indicate on the return slip the credit card number and name of the cardholder to which Racing Events should make the refund. The deadline for the refund shall be within the time period established by law. The right of withdrawal may not be exercised if the Product is not returned in its original packaging or in perfect condition.

Racing Events ships worldwide. Once the purchase is confirmed, products from the Shop shall be shipped within the thirty (30) day period set forth by law to the address indicated by the User. Racing Events deliveries are carried out in collaboration with various recognized transport operators. Deliveries will not be made to P.O. boxes, hotels or any other non-permanent address.

The User acknowledges that all elements in the Shop including all Products, related information and material, corresponding brands, structure, selection, management and presentation of their content, as well as the computer programs used in relation to them, are protected by intellectual property rights of Racing Events and third parties. The General Terms and Conditions, with respect to intellectual property rights, shall not have any meaning other than those specifically set forth by the law.

Unless authorized by Racing Events or, if applicable, by third parties who may own the corresponding rights, or unless legally permitted, the User shall not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, loan, make available, or otherwise allow public access to any of the aforementioned elements through any public method of communication. The User shall use all materials, elements and information accessed through the online Shop exclusively for personal use, and shall not use, directly or indirectly, any materials, elements or information for commercial use.

In accordance with Law 15/99 (hereinafter called LOPD), Racing Events informs you that your personal information and other data provided on the registration form, as well as any information collected from transactions, shall be saved under Racing Event's responsibility, unless cancellation is requested by the User. The information shall be used to execute sales, create personalized attention for Products and Services, improve our customer service, as well as promote Products and Services of Racing Events and third party businesses associated with Racing Events.

Furthermore, you are informed that for the strict execution of its activities and services, Racing Events is obligated to facilitate certain information to companies that may collaborate in providing a service (transportation operators), and that will use this information in strict confidentiality, being the sole and exclusive recipient thereof, without carrying out transfers or communications to third parties apart from those identified in current regulations.

The User shall be able, at any time, to exercise rights to access, rectify, cancel or object this information by visiting Racing Events or by sending an email to info@shopmotorsport.com accompanied by a copy of their National Identity Card or other equivalent identifying document.

Racing Events will provide personal passwords to Users registered in the website. Such passwords shall allow access to services provided by Shopmotorsport.com. The User shall be exclusively responsible for maintaining the password under strict and absolute confidentiality, therefore assuming responsibility for all damages or any consequence resulting from breach or disclosure of this confidential information. For security purposes, the password for online access to services provided by Shopmotorsport.com may be modified at any time by the User, who shall immediately notify Racing Events of any unauthorized use of the password, as well as unauthorized access to the website by third parties.

Racing Events uses cookies to improve services, facilitate website navigation, maintain security, verify User identity, provide access to personal preferences and track browsing habits in the Shop. Cookies are files installed for identification purposes on the hard drive of the User's computer or in the cache of the web browser in a folder pre-configured by the computer operating system.

If the User does not wish to install cookies in their hard drive, they must configure the browser to block them. Likewise, the User may destroy cookies at any time. In the event that the User decides to deactivate cookies, the quality and speed of the services provided may diminish and the User will lose access to some of the services provided in the Shop.

These General Terms and Conditions are regulated by Spanish legislation. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of the law in relation to the validity, interpretation, compliance or resolution of the present contract is subject to the Jurisdiction and Competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, waiving any jurisdiction that may correspond to the User, where permitted by applicable legislation.
